Shouldn't we do away with health insurance for part time employees first? You know, like the School Board? Then prorate employees health insurance based on an employees salary, employees on the lower end, like teachers, could pay much less, then say, Dr. Smith at 200k+, or the guys who are in charge of the backhoes and spokespeople at 70k+, etc. How many employees make more than 70k who never step foot inside a classroom anyway?
