VCS and their insurance companies encourage yearly health risk assessments for all employees. Do they give premium discounts to healthy, non-smoking employees? NO!!
VCS DOES pay roughly $200 more per month for employees who select Blue Cross Blue Shield over Florida Healthcare HMO. WHY do those employees receive greater contributions to their insurance from their employer? Shouldn't VCS cover the same amount for all employee plans?
