Deltona...always the laughing stock, still the laughing stock. Somethings will never change no matter whose elected or how the city grows. A bunch of buffoons with over-sized egos have always run this city. Poor poor citizens of Deltona....yet they keep doing it to themselves. Smart move has always been to get out of Dodge.
