The city of Deltona now needs to bring in a real leader who would like to have a legacy of bringing in real businesses, real jobs, and real tax base to Deltona. There is no reason Deltona shouldn't have an Outback, Target Super Store, Miller's Ale House, light manufacturing, etc. The thru ways cleaned up and some of the older homes leveled to make way for theses business, which in turn would do a way with some of the low life's.
