Yes, I would like to know how to become a Non-Profit "on paper" as well. I am about to do my taxes and if "on paper" I can become a non-profit that I can ignore paying taxes on my "For -Profit" real life situation. This is another example right along with Margaret Hodge's Womens Museum in DeLand as to why taxpayers should not be footing the bill for these clubs. If they can't be run properly and pay their own way, then another business should use the space.
