The article says that to get Tax Credits they had to become "on paper" a For Profit. There is no such thing. You BECOME in "real life" a For-Profit because Tax credits can only be gotten by someone that pays Taxes. So they get the $2 million in Tax Credits and then didn't know they had to file Tax Returns? Are they incompetent? And then this For-Profit "on Paper" didn't pay sales tax? Every company has to pay sales tax. Steve Sands obviously doesn't pay attention to common sense or the same laws all other businesses must follow.
