How much money in Taxpayer funded grants went into this place? Millions. And then the Sands gets millions in more in Tax Credits (which is more taxpayer money) so US Bank can get a write off? Legal? Maybe in our tax system. Unethical? Sure seems that way. Just another form of welfare.
