Jack Hoyt is a gentleman of the finest sort. He is a former member of the Deltona Planning and Zoning Commission. He's a widower who always gave back to his city. He's one of many responsible for the existence of what is now Thornby Park. He's smart, tough and honest. They broke the mold when they made Jack!
