While you are at it you can remember the approxmately 2 million Vietnamese people our forces killed trying the save them from communism. How many were innocent women and children we will never know, nor do most americans care.

If you recall Ho Chi Minh said you will kill our people at a ratio of ten to one and we will still prevail. He was a commie but he was also correct. He was also an American ally of ours against the Japanese...we used him and threw him away as soon as WW2 was over.

No disrespect intended to those Americans that sacrificed and lost their lives but our military empire never had any business there to begin with. ZERO, what americans cannot seem to get thru their heads is they do not own the rest of the world.

One of the people that begged LBJ to stay out of that war was General Douglas MacArthur but american politicians were so arrogant at the time they went anyway...oh well.

I am a vet as well 1967 to 1970 and remember Operation Clickbeetle and Rolling Blunder.

That war was started in Washington DC and ended there because the USA is in the war business.

" Rich man's war, poor man's fight" that was an expression from the civil war and still rings true.

Lotsa luck with your veterans/heroes show hopefully we can learn from the past

Are you sure this is what you would like to do?
