I was falsely accused by some of the vicious members of the Gateway Center for the Arts in Debary,Fl 32713 of a misdamenor trespass and it went the whole way to a full trial.

Judge Marshall saw right through these false accusations made by members of the Gateway Center for the Arts in Debary Incorporated and aquitted me of the charge.

I have spoken out several times against this Arts and Culture Business organization at Debary City Council meetings as they attempted to manipulate $600,000 from the city and tried to change their sweetheart contract in which they get almost free rent in a Debary Public Park. This Arts Center is NOT open to all members of the public and violates its contract with the ECHO system on several issues.

Gateway is considered by many a greedy manipulative organization that lists $2.5 million in assets plus an income of $242,946 for 2010 and $220,560 for 2011 yet only pays the City of Debary $150.00 per year in rent for a prime location in a public park at 880 Hwy 17-92. $150 per year in rent yet $246K in income?

Call Sandra Wilson at 386 668 5553 and ask her how she manuvered $3.5 million from the taxpayers for her Arts Center...then uses it for 'non arts related' fundraising businesses and have a Christian Church business on the PUBLIC property at her facility.

Ask Sandra Wilson how long Vol Co C/M Pat Northey was on the GCA board of directors and why Sandra Wilson is on the board for The Volusia County Cultural Council? This Vol.Co. Culture giveaway council just gave another $27 ,000 to Sandra Wison and her Vulture Culture GCA organization in Debary ,Fl.

Call Mr Mike Fincher of the Voulsia County Cultural Council 386 736 5953 ext 15872 and ask him how much the Gateway Arts Center has gotten from his Culture Welfare organization over the years. Ask him it is his job as a county employee.

Why the County of Volusia continues to fund the ARTS..when they cannot give pay raises to county employees...Ask Councilmember Pat Northey her number is on the County website...she loves to vote for giveaways

She and other councilmembers just voted to give $20K to a baseball game on Jan 10 2013...

Regardless of all that, Judge Marshall has a reputation as a fair Judge and I was lucky to have him judge my case.
