I had a bum come up and ask me for $5 bucks, I said why so much, he said normally he asks for ten but he figured I needed a deal.
Anyways I laughed and told him to become a professional bum and form a non profit organization, that way you get free money and no taxes, he said I already get free money and no taxes.
BUMS 'R' Us Inc. will get $55K from the council tommorrow...$25k for softball $30k for other garbage. No one will ask , how did this crap get on the agenda...who is running the show?
