The ECHO system is a disgrace...it is a cashbox for BUM non profit organizations that have little real value to the community.
While REAL taxpaying businesses in Debary.Fl struggle to stay in businesses Non Profits laugh all they way to the bank.
Debary alone has 66 non profits bum businesses with assets of $22 million. Volusia County has 2,547 non profit non taxpaying BUM organizations with assets of $2,976,436.00. That is $2.9 BILLION

Also the suspicious Volusia County Cultural Council continues to give away FREE Money to the Art & Culture Bums of Debary and other cities.
Volusia County needs to cut the FAT vulture culture bums from ECHO
