I'm a safe driver but we all get a little out of hand once in a while. I'd rather see more patrol cars on the streets and police in places where it might be needed. Nothing slows me down more than seeing a patrol car with a car pulled to the side of the street. A camera taking a picture isn't going to do that for me or anyone else.
