The parade was ok...but the best part of the day was not the parade itself. In front of me was a young man with special needs in a wheelchair. As the parade passed by....the mayor, who was driving and throwing candy to the crowd, stopped the vehicle, got out and put candy directly in this young man's hands. Was awesome. At least one other driver, later on, did the same thing.
