Does anyone know why Mayor Garcia does not take his salary. Does he get a disability retirement? If he is recieving such retirement he may not be able to have paid employment but would be able to take reimbursement. If that is the case he is just working the system not trying to save the citizens of DeBary money. I like to have all the details before I come to a conclusion, can someone tell me why he does not take his pay?
