They have a site DeltonaCAC.org with info. We moved here last year and see many things to fix in the city. We came from Grand Rapids in Michigan - lots of change for us! We agree about no police department - it is expensive and it gets more expensive year to year. We joined DCAC and are volunteering for the election stuff.
