DeLeon Springs has a lot of wonderful people who live there and want to see it be an asset to West Volusia. I am totally in favor of the Community Association and what they are trying to do. Many people have come to our group trying to buy/improve property in DeLeon Springs and have not been able to because of our zoning/water issues.
