I believe the Debary city government should invest in a city-owned vehicle for Mayor Bob (and of course pay for the gas) so he doesn't have to put all of the wear and tear on his own.
He is out and about speaking to the people of the city three times more than any of the City Council members.. so one vehicle should do it.
