ARK should not be allowed to have animals again. They say they already have taken in more animals, so here we go again. Those poor animals, once again more will be neglected, I can not beleive the city is allowing such a thing,by after Thanksgiving that building will be full all over again. People need to call the city manager and mayor and go to the meetings, we need to stand up for the animals caught in this.
