Ark took animals from, Putnam, St. John, Lake, somewhere below Orange and a lot of other surrounding counties, those counties should be contacted, they may not be hearing our news and might continue to let ark take animals out. I for one will not support any business or community group that continues to support ark. People that support ark after this just don't care about animals, only politics and on that note we have elections and can sure get rid of certain political figures that stand behind animal abuse. I do volunteer at shelters and have never seen anything like this. There is no excuse for this abuse coming out of a "shelter" where many people come and go each day. Do all the ark volunteers just not care? Did they all look the other way? Why on earth did they not jump in and clean! If you volunteer some place and see such things you don't just complain and let it go, you should CLEAN up yourself, after all you are right there looking at the mess and animals without water. How could any of you great supporters go in that place and smell and see all of this and not start caring for the animals. I would have not been able to walk out without cleaning up. The smell alone should have led volunteers to walk around and see what was going on. You are all just as guilty as the owner.
