For the animals, we need to attend city commission meetings and stand up and talk under the citizen comment part, any citizen can comment on any subject that is not on the agenda. We also need to follow the planning agendas and find out when the special exception request will be on and be at that meeting, it is all public. I think it is the planning board that would grant that exception. People need to keep on this situation and the city so this can not happen again. There is no excuse for Maggie walking away from this and being able to do this again. Maggie is her own worse enemy, she is very controling. No shelter can run on just volunteers, there has to be paid people to make sure the volunteers are doing their job. maggie should have checked on those animals everyday if she was depending on whatever she has living there to care for animals, those people can't even care for themselves.
