ALLOW ME TO GET THIS STRAIGHT: Stetson buys 1.5 acre property to house 112 students and pays $13,000 property taxes. I own 1/3 acre property ( apartments - 18 units) and pay almost $9,000 in taxes , my that is more fair than I would have ever thought.
