In reading this article I question this council.Why did you put Garcia back in his office? The past council saw the problems it could create plus he meets people on the streets and talks wherever he wants.I remember the blog where it was stated a resident was treated rudely by Garcia in some parking lot.I would like to say thank you Norm and Len for giving us the facts about this Mayor when you were in office.
