Mayor Garcia is not the minority IF the Council actually paid attention to all of the people who back HIM. HE speaks for the citizens of DeBary. The council members (EXCLUDING the Mayor) ARE heartless and arrogant. Mayor Gacia should not be punished for speaking the truth and stating what many of the Citizens already feel.

Has anyone actually seen the property where they are building the park in Glen Abbey? It is literally just down the block from Council man Koval. Go down and turnright.....the lots have signs that say FEMA FUNDED LOT, NATURAL VEGETATION DO NOT MOW.....it was freshly mowed, and it is scoped out to have concrete laid.... this is a HUGE violation of FEMA and could potentially cost the city HUGE fines. Our "Gang of Four" are the ones who put this in motion. Way to go guys!
