Penny Wise:
The financial well-being of any school district relies on the forward vision of its Superintendent and its board members.
There is no dedication, resourcefulness, or creativity on the part of the Volusia County School Board.
If you are not a part of the "back patting" circle of the grossly overpaid, as an employee of the Volusia County School Board with ideas or concerns you are considered a threat, or a "problem".
Arrogance. We need to keep digging, and we are.
