The law enforcement organizations writing the most tickets also get prizes. Some of these prizes can be substantial. So here is what you do if you get stopped and issues a ticket, you ask the cop "are you trying to get the toaster oven?" FYI Florida has to have a seat belt law and they have to enforce it, if they don't they will lose federal funding.
