How we have this old and fading matronly leader of the gang.. "Ma" Garrett-Smith, and while the movie doesn't address it directly, her actions suggest to the viewer that there are early signs of dementia settling in.

Once the criminal mastermind, we sit in bewilderment as she hands over more and more of the gang's power to the unscrupulous (even by gang standards) Ty "Knee" Riceslinger.

The film documents the rise to power by the Ty "Knee" Riceslinger gang aided by his faithful personal assistant (wink, wink), Chinese underwear launderer and part-time hair stylist Yon Roung. We also have the Riceslinger heralded vacuum cleaner salesman/7-11 cashier/Kelly Girl turned enforcer - Dave "The Heel" Stiletto (oh stop it.. that tickles!), Charlie "Navy Seal(ed) With a Kiss" Gravedigger who can be seen here:
