This is a shame!!!! when a person can not speak there mind. So what if the MAYOR don't agree with them, I understand they do not like him to give his opinion because it is not what they believe. When people ask him a question he is not allowed to answer how he wants to. When he is sitting up there with the council I do not see him going against the council. He is entitled to his vote. Remember council your butts are not going to sit in those chairs forever and the rules you are putting place will effect other councils. Leave this Mayor alone he is doing what an elected official suppose to SUPPORT THE PEOPLE, and as long as councils like you guys are against the people I hope there will always be a MAYOR GARCIA to speak for us
