I've lived in Debary for 26 years and remember when the city had surplus and no debt and the leaders were conservative. This gang of 4 has us in debt for so many unnecessary items it is crazy. I totally agree with the mayor on most of his comments, as do alot of the citizens of Debary. He is the voice of the people and should be given more respect.
