Every vote counts. Everyone who didn't vote or left the bubble blank are interesting evidence of the lack of information and campaigning on either side of the question. As in the Orange City Charter Amendments a good number of our neighbors did not know how to vote. If you are for something or against it and it matters you have to campaign and act like it matters. It always matters.
