I was at ARK just 6 weeks ago and the kennels were very clean and the animals well cared.

As for the kitten and other sick cats, you DO NOT KNOW the condition they were in when they arrived at ARK. People frequently dump sick animals off at shelters and rescues.

In addition feral cats are often ill.

You clearly have your head in the sand and a personal vendetta.

Our legal system is such that any one can falsely accuse another

and it is up to the accused to prove their innocence. It happens every day in divorces, child welfare cases, etc. It only takes one person with a vendetta to due great harm to another.
