First off I've worked at rural rescues before that treated and cared for their animals better with less funds. Never NEVER did we leave our animals in such a condition, we had medications on site and if we could not treat we brought them to a vet. MAGGIE is DR. Holder's mom I heard so why were they not taken care of by florida wild?
Also I transported for ARK once, a cocker spaniel that they feared had heartworm. One look underneath her showed that the vet in Altamonte had used normal sutures for her spay. We'll low bellied dog + non sealed wound= infection and it was a bad one. I wouldn't bring a goldfish to that vet.
Now I do have to say that this place has nothing on Journey's End..at least they tried to clean. That place had roaches everywhere in the cat house when I helped there as a teen.
Are you sure this is what you would like to do?
