The location of the Ark is just not suitable for its purpose. Who owns this place? A lot of money went into the extensive remodeling of the location when it was a real estate office. Who could afford to throw good money at a square peg in a round hole? A rural setting would have been a whole lot cheaper and more conducive to lending to the animals' recovery. Room to roam.fresh air to breath. More money to spend to assure the animals were being properly cared for in the best manner possible. Aren't there zoning laws that would void such happening in the first place? What did the owner pay?
