I've heard concerns over ARK but never been in their facility so I can't comment on the conditions. Animal services has to make sure any rescue group they inspect is following specific state and federal guidelines. If they took the animals then they must have felt they had to. It's up to the judge to determine if the case stands up. If people want to make a difference, adopt, spay and neuter your animals, and be a responsible pet owner.
