My child was bitten by a dog with deep puncture wounds, the dog was not provoked but pulled on the leash and got loose running across a large area to arrack. The dog was turned over to Ark by owner since animal control said the owner had to do that or pay for neutering and other fines and Ark was aware of the biting issue with the dog, yet they advertised the dog on their website as GREAT WITH CHILDEN. Very IRRESPONSIBLE.
