Maggi saved a dog that had been sexually abused, two feral Indian Reservation dogs she found out west while on vacation that required transportation and a great deal of medical care.

Maggi has been politically active in Deland to stop euthanization and encourage TNR to control the feral cat population.

When a strong dedicated woman tries to change the system there is always some malicious person, in this case a vicious woman, who hates animals, Maggi, and change.

This was very politically motivated. We need to start a legal fund to help Maggi and ARK.

WE All need to call the Mayor, Police Chief, and Animal Control to voice our concerns that these VERY ADOPTABLE dogs and cats are not being put down. Deborah Splitstone
