How sad! I was just there on Tuesday looking for a dog to adopt, unfortunately did not find one to suit our needs. But the animals all had clean water, bowls of food, and did not look abused. In fact we said to each other as we left that given the amount of animals we saw in such a relatively small space, we thought it looked and smelled pretty clean. There are not enough places already, I suggest more help be given as opposed to chastising those that do. Blessings ARK!
