I have been doing fostering for ARK for more than a year. I have had many dogs come through here to go to great homes!! I have had medical papers on each and every one. I also had prevenitive meds for each and every one! I didn't see any one of the people who complained about ARK there helping in any way at all. To me, that is being part of the problem! It sure isn't being part of the solution. So easy to lodge a complaint but not so easy to help fix it!! Get your hands dirty, open your hearts, then you have the right to complain!!!
