Sandy you are right when you say there has been wasteful spending with ECHO not delivering to taxpayers what it was intended to do. The Advisory Boards fail to represent taxpayers - they represent special interest groups. Maybe Jason Davis can look into that. If not, I am sure we will have ECHO fund another $3 million into the Ocean Center so that Margaret Hodge can hang pictures her friends drew and painted on them. And then we can also fund more building for Stetson University. Our Council has ignored the struggling taxpayer for too long. Carl Persis would have continued that trend. Jason - keep your polo shirt on and do the work of the people!
