I have done community service work for ARK in Deland a couple of times recently and I thought the conditions were suitable and the animals all seemed happy and well nourished. They make sure the animals are all well fed and given water each day. It saddens me to see this good service to abandoned animals being shut down. There will surely be a lot more animals euthanized in the near future because of this, and that sickens me as an animal lover. Surely somebody really had it out for them.
