I say euthanize all of them and start killing off all the stray animals running around DeLand. Tell everyone in DeLand to keep all pets inside for a week and let the residents, cops and deputies target practice. If you really care about animals get your pet fixed. Maybe people will take better care of them if they know they'll be shot on site with a yearly one week extermination of all strays.
