If I were a customer on sewer, I'd put in a septic tank and drainfield, sink a well, and tell Deltona officials to "stuff-it". The water stinks anyway. Ask D Denny for a breakdown of what chemicals are in the water, you may be surprised at his response.
I have property for sale, septic and well acreage in UVC. ALL outside of Deltona's city limits, for the sewer-haters. Let me know.
