Seriously, why throw another $10k. Do you know what the average citizen in this town can do with that kind of money. With tight budgets and cuts going around I think the last thing that matters is this flippin waterfall. how about drain it and keep it turned off, then the pebbles won't fall. Let us be a little more fiscally responsible. The city throws around $10k like its a $20 bill.
