From the looks of this article and others, it appears the residents expect someone to make up for their lack of brain usage by buying/building homes in this area. Ahhh, that's what tax money is for! That's why we can't reduce taxes in Volusia. That's why we are over $400 billion in debt in the US - because people don't use their brains!
