Downs would make Debary a dirty ashtray and bring the homes that live near the track down in value. And why would you put something like this near a park where kids and family play and relax? This would kill the atmosphere at Gemini springs. Keep gambling in Vegas where it belongs and build research facilities instead. A research facility adds more value to a town than poker card gambling. Hope Chris will never run for Mayor. No vote from me.
