Old Mobile Home in the Country
I would like to buy an old fixer upper on a small sunny lot in the country. Condition of the mobile home is not as important as the location. I'd like to be near Deland. Would consider elsewhere if conditions are right. I want to buy something, not rent. I can pay cash if the price is right. Or do a large down payment if owner financing is possible. I really don't want any neighbors. No trailer parks or lot rent. I want to own it. Ideally, it would be near a farm or off by itself. Plz contact me
