Do you need a speaker for your meeting or your classroom? Would you like to know more about how your club or organization can get free publicity in The Beacon?

Or maybe you’re putting together a student newspaper, and want to know more about how newspapers work in the real world.

The Beacon is happy to provide speakers for youth or adult groups. We have programs for kindergartners through senior citizens. Just call or e-mail our office and tell us what you need.

Building a strong community, by giving people the information they need to be involved in the community, is a key goal at The Beacon. And, helping young people become good readers builds a strong foundation for that goal.
